About Me

This is the winding story of how I arrived to where I am today.
I share this history so you understand the road I have traveled, and the steadiness I bring to those walking it now.

I’ve always felt a calling to be of service, spending more than a decade working in nonprofit disaster relief, women’s health activism, substance abuse treatment, and education.

On the outside, I seemed happy. I had friends, a good job, a nice car, a nice home. But inside, I was hiding a secret.

I was a highly functional party girl battling a crushing addiction to alcohol, drugs, sex, food, toxic diet culture.

I struggled with deep worthiness and self-love issues, anxiety, chronic pain, and perfectionism. I was a self-sacrificing people pleaser who desperately wanted people to love me, but I did not know how to love myself. ⁣⁣⁣

For two decades, I drank and blacked out and forgot who I was. I checked out of my life. My health suffered, I gained 80 lbs, and watched my father die in prison as a result of addiction, trauma, and violence. Life hurt and I was lost.

By some miracle, I found the smallest light in myself. Spirit called and I listened. Instead of committing suicide, I chose to fight for my life. I quit alcohol in the middle of Burning Man, left my career, sold all my stuff, and started traveling the world to find meaning and truth.

I spent two years living in the Andes mountains of Ecuador, and working closely with ayahuasca and San Pedro, ancestral rituals, psychedelic integration, and shamanic ceremony – healing in retreat with more than 400 people during my time managing operations and teaching yoga at a medicine retreat center.

Plant medicine called me toward healing and being in service. After finally quitting my addiction and finding my way home to the spiritual path, the real work began.

I started the long integration journey back into my body, experiencing dozens of chronic pain and illness symptoms as a result of repressed emotional trauma and stress. I was finally ready to heal, and what came up was complete nervous system collapse. My body felt unsafe and my mind was terrified.

Spending thousands of dollars and getting nowhere with countless doctors, specialists, tests, and diagnoses created a desperate willingness to open to new ideas and beliefs. That’s when I found TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome) aka The Mindbody Syndrome. I learned everything I could about the connection between energy, emotions, thoughts, and illness in the body. With the help of the medicines and this new understanding, within months, I was pain and symptom free.

True integration means allowing your wholeness. Learning to trust my own mind/body/heart helped me understand how trauma, repressed emotions, perfectionism, people pleasing, overachieving, and hypervigilant nervous systems can create literally ANYTHING in the body.

How it started....

For the last eight years, I have been dedicated to a path of service. To the medicine, to my own expansion and healing, to our human family, and to the work of opening the way for the flow of consciousness between the mind, body, and heart.

Through this integrative path, I found an unexpected initiation into the work of space holder, ceremonialist, and heart centered leader.

My medicine is rooted in Earth connected softness. Gentle power. Sovereignty. Belief. Trust. Faith. Integrity. Love. Celebration. My containers are humbly inspired and informed by the path and teachings of the Sacred Fire of Itzachílatlan tradition.

And, it has been my path to alchemize and innovate a way forward that works for our people, on this land, in this time.
Our altar is called La Mesa de la Tierra, The Altar of the Earth.

Our ceremonial work is offered and held with deep respect, gratitude, and reverence to the wisdom carriers, Earth medicine peoples, and indigenous elders of the sacred lineages from the Black Hills to Mexico to the heart of the Andes Mountains of Ecuador and beyond.

During my time in the trenches of the ayahuasca industry, I saw a disturbing and reckless trend: People were not getting the preparation, aftercare, or integration support that is absolutely vital to completing the healing circle and embodying what is being revealed. Insight without integration leaves people raw, confused, and fragmented.

Over time, it became clear to me that the real work isn’t about the medicine alone. I’s about what happens afterward. More importantly, how you learn to live in relationship with yourself, your nervous system, your emotions, and your body here on Earth.

This is where my work widened. What began as psychedelic integration became spiritual mentorship, guiding people through awakening, collapse, recalibration, and reorientation to life itself. Not chasing peak experiences, but learning how to stay present through the full range of the human experience.

Today, my work supports people through many thresholds: spiritual awakening, identity shifts, nervous system healing, grief, embodiment, creative emergence, and the slow remembering of who they are beneath conditioning. Sometimes plant medicine is part of that path. Often, it isn’t.

What matters is the capacity to stay present with sensation, with emotion, and with discomfort. And to live what has been revealed with integrity, humility, and devotion.

How it's going...

The modern day path of initiation isn’t always through lineage or tradition, but the alchemy of lived experience. Transmuting trauma by turning inward and facing our own darkness, again and again and again. For all our relations.

Having lost our own mystical ancestry and Earth medicine heritage, some are receiving a heart calling to unsever that broken line. We are the living descendants of the witches they couldn’t burn. My own path home to my power has been forged through the sacred teacher of direct revelation.

I never believed I had a gift until I started allowing it to reveal itself. Because I couldn’t name it or articulate it, I assumed it wasn’t real.

That gift is presence. Seeing the wholeness of someone else, even when they are invisible to themselves. I speak with precision, channeling Spirit through language so you can see yourself more fully and clearly and come back into relationship with your authentic soul expression.
