Emily Jenkins, BSN, RN, RYT 200 is a registered nurse specializing in neurosciences with a focus on Eastern medicine, meditation techniques, non-ordinary states of consciousness, plant medicine integration, and microdosing. She is the founder of Bright Ages, an entheogenic coaching practice focused on serving millennials who are feeling depressed, anxious, lonely, or “unhappy without reason.” She combines integrative and holistic medicine in her offerings.

In college, after suffering the sudden loss of her father at the age of 18, she fell into a deep depression. Only a few years later, she lost her dear cousin to an overdose. Her anxiety and depression continued to worsen – over a ten year period she struggled with debilitating mental illness, self harm, addiction, and suicidal ideation.

She worked with many different providers and practitioners over the years but nothing stuck – therapy, medication, sobriety, and everything in between. As she was approaching the end of her rope she felt the call to work with Ayahuasca. Since that experience, her life has undergone a complete transformation.

Accompanied by the grace and support of a loving community, she has been able to transition from surviving to thriving. Her purpose is to share this experience with anyone who is ready and willing. Healing is possible.

She is actively involved with organizations such as the Isha Foundation, Truth is One, and devotion to Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi. Her wish is for each person to find all the vitality, freedom, and joy life has to offer.
