I’m going to be frank.

You are running out of time.
Not in the
“you’re going to die tomorrow” way.
But in the “Y
ou need to hit the brakes NOW because you’re out of runway” kind of way.

Is this relatable? We need to talk.

Our work together begins here.
Before the point of no return.
In the moment where you finally admit you can’t pretend anymore.
You can’t carry your own transformation.

When your body and heart are moving from subtle alerts to full on fire alarms.
Parts of you crying out for relief and softness and acknowledgement.
Your exhausted inner child throwing a never ending tantrum.

When you have mined and extracted every last drop of your life force to keep going –– where you end up is in a freefall.
Pushed over the edge.
On a merry-go-round that won’t stop spinning.
Depressed. Numb. Anxious. Still functioning.

On a quest to solve the next mystery symptom your body is throwing out to get your attention.
Maybe you’re just tired.
Maybe you just need some magnesium.
To fix your sleep.

What I see over and over are the best minds and hearts, the most magic-filled, loving, creative people dragging themselves through life.
Living out of coherence.
And wondering why everything hurts.
Or you feel nothing at all.

Doing everything for everyone else.
Pouring out every ounce of presence, truth, and joy so that you can maintain the status quo.
Because that’s what “success” looks like.
Because that’s the agreement you made with your nervous system so many years ago. Because you believe you have to.

That’s when Spirit starts calling you.
Maybe it’s through illness or plant medicine or loss.
This is your initiation into admitting the truth you have been pretending is not there.
You reach a tipping point.
Because you can no longer pretend you are OK.

This was my frantic-yet-secret pace for decades.
This is where my own life broke open.
I know the texture of invisible, relapsing, chronic symptoms so intimately.
I tried every version of logic and rationalizing.
I could have been nominated for an Oscar for my acting.
And slowly, I found my way back home.

This episode is about the breaking point.
