Do I need to have recently worked with plant medicine?
No. NEST supports psychedelic integration, consciousness shifts, emotional waves, relationship changes, spiritual inquiry, life transitions, and any inner truth that is becoming harder to ignore.
What happens if I miss a weekly call?
Calls remain available for a season so you can review or revisit them in your own time. You can also stay connected through the private Signal group between sessions, or work through the NEST course curriculum.
What are the participation expectations?
You do not need to be extroverted, or share every week, but NEST is not a place to remain silent or lurk. This is a participatory container. You are expected to show up, share honestly, receive coaching, witness others, and be in relationship with the group.
How many people are in NEST?
NEST is a spacious, intimate container with a maximum of 12 members.
How long do people usually stay in NEST?
People are in NEST for an average of 7 months.
What happens after my first three months?
After your initial three-month membership, you may continue for $299 monthly. Stay as long as NEST continues to support your unfolding path.
Is NEST therapy or crisis support?
No. Coaching is not therapy. NEST is a group coaching and integration community. It does not replace therapy, medical care, or immediate crisis support.
Do you offer payment plans?
YES! Joining is a 3 month commitment. You can pay in full or make 3 monthly payments. After that, it’s month to month and you can cancel anytime.
