What is Resonance?
Resonance is the coherence that arises when your inner world is no longer suppressed or overridden. Where expanded states of consciousness are met with safety, guidance, and responsibility. When you feel safe to be yourself on the inside, and the outside.
This is a four-day ceremonial plant medicine retreat in Asheville, NC — held in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. We offer an Earth-based, energetically attuned experience held with reverence, presence, and deep commitment. Preparation, ceremony, integration, and community are woven through the weekend.
What Happens Here
Simply put, we turn strangers into family.
We sit in circles. Break bread without distractions. We create ceremony. We move, rest, reflect, and return to the wisdom of the body. The land holds our energetic grid as we are held by nature. We guide you to harmonize the divine masculine and feminine energies inside. And we offer a complete circle of wellness through preparation and integration before and after the event.
There’s a lot of singing, prayers, and laughter. Because joy and togetherness is healing.
Resonance is a peak experience, no doubt. But that is really the least valuable aspect of it. It is about being seen, being unapologetically honest, and walking back into your life with more alignment and clarity than when you arrived.
This is one of those things that’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced it. But more than half of our guests have returned again, and that says a lot.
